Cen-Tec Systems is delighted to introduce the new response II CT25 power nozzle, which combines the features typical of premium power nozzles with a unique self-regulating air bypass system. This system automatically adjusts the air flow to suit the floor conditions, enabling a true deep clean in a system designed to move freely over even the highest density soft carpets.

On traditional carpets, power nozzles allow the air to flow under the agitator, traveling up and back and carrying the dirt into the air stream. However, the new high-density soft carpets prevent the air from entering through this traditional means. The challenge was to develop a solution that adjusts to meet the carpet conditions while still keeping the air stream entering under the agitator for an effective clean.

Other systems vent the air, but much of it is wasted as it travels over the agitator, not under where it is most effective in carrying away dirt. The CT25 allows a self-adjusting air relief to enter through vents in the hood of the nozzle. The result is no wasted air flow, effective cleaning, and a self-regulating system that works well on both traditional and new high-density ultra-soft carpets.

The CT25 also includes a flush-mount integrated wand, making it suitable for use with all major brands of central vacuums, including Beam, Electrolux, Eureka, VacuMaid, Vacuflo, MD, Cyclovac, Canavac, Nutone, M&S, and Imperium.

The nozzle features a quiet drive poly V belt for long life, which is positioned away from the end of the agitator, providing true edge cleaning to both sides of the nozzle. It also includes a four-position height adjustment, which is ideal for use on both traditional and high-density soft carpets.

Furthermore, the CT25 boasts a soft molded bumper front and side bumper, a clear view window to confirm the agitator's operation, and soft over-molded wheels that run smoothly on carpets and quietly on hard floor surfaces. A quick-release neck permits the cleaning wand to be drawn from the brush for above-the-floor cleaning, and the fully integrated telescopic electric wand connects the CT25 to central vacuum and canister electric hoses with a flush plug position electrical connection.

The CT25 can also be used as a replacement for a Nutone CT600 electric brush, ensuring its versatility and compatibility with a wide range of central vacuum systems.
